Successful Management: The High Performance Management Programme
The Academy High Performance Management Programme is designed to permanently improve
the ability of managers to achieve high performance.
- The Programme can accommodate up to 10 delegates and is suitable for all Senior
and Middle Management
- The course will run over a 12-month period to allow for integration into each
Manager’s day-to-day activities
- The design element allows for direct input by the company to ensure that it is
tailored to meet their specific needs. It is adapted to suit each Manager’s individual
needs and learning styles, thus allowing for both personal and group interaction.
- A built-in feedback system allows for effective monitoring on a regular basis thus
ensuring the course is meeting its objectives at all times
- The programme allows for personal as well as skill and technical development of the
individual, and must not be viewed as a 'traditional' training course.
Objectives of the Course:
- To develop an Emotional Intelligence (EQ) based management style
- To blend tutorial-based learning with distance learning and test monthly outcomes
with on-the-job experience
- To develop an ongoing feedback and monitoring system to test the results
- Each person will experience all aspects of Brain Based Learning to ensure that
maximum Knowledge Transfer takes place
- To apply a “Flesh and Bones” approach. The skeleton of the course remains fixed
but delegates will adapt the content to suit their own learning style and job
function
- To trial and evaluate the outcomes from each session on a daily basis
- To ensure that each delegate is able to develop and apply the skills and
techniques to their work function throughout the course
Programme Outline
- The course will run for 12 consecutive months
- Each Delegates receives 12 separate one-day tutorials at the rate of one session
per month
- Each Delegate will receive a Personal Self-Development course comprising of 12
separate modules. This will operate in distance learning format and be issued at the
rate of one volume per month
- After each training day, delegates will be required to undertake specific functions
and routines on a daily basis as part of the programme
- Video role-plays will be used through out the course
- Personal counselling will be available throughout the course
- A Helpline will be available for each delegate to access at any time
- Delegates will directly input into the course by submitting their own personal
and work-related problems
